Overview:

PANIVOX is looking for an enthusiastic ‘Techincal Tester’ to work with Game Designers on an exciting new creative platform called RichCast. 

We are currently sourcing new and exciting projects to be created within RichCast in preparation for a full mobile launch so that when that time comes, we have a large, diverse catalog of content for users to enjoy.

The role will entail testing projects and fixing them where possible or reporting larger issues.The position would suit someone with an interest in gaming, interactive content, creative writing and technology.

A permanent role to work remotely (UK based).

Description:

Panivox is looking for a Technical Tester, to test, review and ensure a high-quality experience for our commissioned projects. We are creating RichCast - a next-generation interactive media platform that allows anyone to make stories, interactive films and more. The main responsibility of the role is to look deeper into submitted projects to check they work smoothly for a mass audience.

In our final production stage, we add visuals, audio and voice acting. You will be expected to take the provided assets, make sure they're in the correct format,  and then upload and insert these files into projects.

As part of the role you will also be expected to identify and contribute ideas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Testing and improving existing RichCast projects.

• Building example content within RichCast.

• Reporting on bugs and feature requests related to RichCast.

• Creating text and video user guides for RichCast.

• Engaging with our community of creators.

Skills:​

• Excellent English and Grammar Skills

• Experience testing interactive products and writing up reports

• Good literary skills and able to notice mistakes in syntax, grammar, punctuation etc

• Good understanding of logic and structure of flowcharts

• Ability to playtest a project, to identify and fix issues, Using the RichCast editor

• Familiarity with video, audio and image editing software

• Neat and methodical in approach to checking projects

• Keen and with a good attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a small, agile team

• Ability to work independently

• Created a RichCast, Twine game or other Interactive Fiction project
